JenLab passed the 4th audit for its quality management according EN ISO 13485:2016 for the development, production, distribution, installation, and service of medical laser imaging systems.

The 3years European Eurostars project CARMEN with partners in Belgium and France started focusing on high-resolution and chemical imaging (CARS/Multiphoton Microscopy).
JenLab is the project coordinator.

First results of ongoing clinical studies (EUDAMED No. CIV-18-02-022924) conducted in two hospitals in Germany on patients with malignant melanoma have been presented at the conference Photonics West in San Francisco in February 2020 (Proc. SPIE 112110E).
The presentation was given by the CEO Karsten König and titled:

Results on the clinical multimodal multiphoton study on patients (EUDAMED No. CIV-17-12-022506) suffering from atopic dermatitis and psoriasis using in vivo CARS, FLIM, two-photon autofluorescence, and SHG published.
